Pros
Good place to start a job if you can accept below market pay. You will learn a lot and get to advance if you are proactive in asking to be considered for open positions. Full disclosure, I worked there in the early 90's.
Cons
Pay is not great. Owner of the company is 2nd generation who inherited it from his parents about 20 years ago. Wants to replace everyone with a computer and relocate everyone remaining to the Maysville KY area, which is a crappy little town in KY along the OH river.

Great place to start your career. You will learn more working for Glenro that you will working 10 years for a large company. Great projects.
Cons
Gary VanDenend wants all of his employees to relocate to the area. Maysville is not for the city dweller or the suburbanite.
