Pros

1. Professional Development & Training GlideFast is widely praised for its commitment to "upskilling" its employees. Certification Support: They often cover the costs for ServiceNow certifications and provide the training necessary to pass them. Expert Mentorship: Because they are an Elite Partner, you are surrounded by some of the most knowledgeable architects and developers in the industry. 2. Competitive Compensation & Benefits Financial packages at GlideFast are consistently rated above industry averages. High Salary Ceiling: Technical roles (Consultants/Architects) often range from $100,000 to over $200,000 depending on seniority and specialization. Comprehensive Benefits: Employees report high satisfaction with 401(k) matching, health insurance, and "unlimited" PTO policies. 3. Remote Work & Flexibility The company has a long-standing "remote-first" culture that predates the global shift to home offices. Work-Life Balance: Many reviews highlight the "family-like" atmosphere and management's willingness to accommodate personal schedules and unexpected life events. Trust-Based Management: Employees often mention a lack of "micromanagement," provided that deliverables are met. 4. Vibrant Company Culture Despite being a consulting firm (which can often feel "corporate"), GlideFast maintains a high-energy, collaborative vibe. Collaborative Spirit: Even in a remote environment, peers are described as helpful and quick to jump on a call to solve a complex technical hurdle. Employee Appreciation: Reviews frequently note that management makes an effort to ensure employees feel heard and valued compared to larger "Big 4" consulting firms.

Cons

Despite the collaborative culture, the remote nature of the work has its downsides. Remote Silos: If you aren't proactive about reaching out on Slack or Zoom, it’s easy to feel isolated from the rest of the team. Lack of Physical Presence: For those who thrive on in-person collaboration, the lack of physical office hubs in most regions can be a significant drawback.
