      Pros

      Not corporate at all - management actually takes life circumstances into consideration. Very accommodating to employee needs. Work life balance is actually possible there.

      Cons

      The contracts we worked for our clients on were limiting in scope.

      Lovely family with a breadth of knowledge in communications that is hard to match elsewhere.

      Cons

      Career advancement is limited to finding a higher paying role elsewhere, mostly due to the size of the company and the family-first culture. Great stepping stone.

      Absolutely none at all, horrific place to work.

      Cons

      VP/COO does not believe the COVID-19 pandemic is real, forced all employees into silence if they had any concern for their health and well-being. Toxic and dangerous place to work. Avoid at all costs
