Pros

Nice people for the most part and flexible schedule.

Cons

A lot to list, but here are the biggest cons: Lack of communication. Lack of identity. Direction and goals are unclear. No company culture. Employees are treated poorly: not appreciated, not promoted, not involved in decisions, and a lack of communication. No mobility, no potential for raises. They hire outside and do not promote from within the company. In the history of the company I don't think any employee has been promoted to an upper management position. Constant change and extremely high employee turnover. Overwhelming workloads. When an employee leaves they require the rest of the team to absorb the workload with no additional compensation, no help from upper management, and not even a thank you. To add insult to injury, they continue to hire executives left and right with massive salaries. The executives focus on planning/strategy and really don't assist much with the day-to-day operations. Lack of leadership.
