Pros

Salary is great. That's about it.

Cons

Upper management thinks that if they pay you above market price, they own your soul. Making above $60k for a simple customer service role, but they expect you to manage 60+ unique customers and what is easily a minimum 55 hour week to keep up.

Pros

In general, a few coworkers are good people, but everyone is exhausted and therefore, most people are not friendly. Everyone is fed up, and it shows.

Cons

Many positions easily have 60+ hours worth of work, and they expect you to keep up. If you can't, people are not afraid to escalate their issues directly to HR and the company president. Due to the small size of the local plant, there's really no opportunity for growth, and the work load is so much, you will never be able to be effective and successful.

One of the leading companies in this industry. Expertise in the focused area.

Cons

Low to medium paid .Few future opportunities. Few good colleagues that you can learn from. No people developing system, really bad for new guys or fresh man.
