Corporate culture was tied to the employees it had minimal extraneous BS. Keep the customers service up and happy was the main priority and everyone worked to that goal.

Cons

Limited promotional opportunities because nobody left this company on their own accord. Average seniority in most offices was 12+ years, which indicates that most people like working there.
