I appreciate the feedback. I'm not sure if this is legitimate as the Cons you state are not accurate. A will address your concerns: 1. Reputation - we have a great reputation so not sure what you are referencing. Makes we wonder if this is a competitor making this post as this is not accurate. Of course we can't please everyone and there are some contractors we don't want to do business based on their practices. The ones we choose to do business and have a relationship, they are good and productive. 2. I am the CEO and I can personally attest that I focus on all our personnel as I see everyone as top talent. There are others who have higher education and skills but all people matter and retention is important for all our employees. We do not focus on just filling seats. This is 100% inaccurate and again makes me wonder if this post is actually legitimate. 3. Contracts have productive hours that we have to bill so PTO isn't always dictated by us as a company. 4. Again makes me wonder if you were truly an employee as this is not accurate ref our benefits. 5. I have been in federal contracting for over 20 years with over 30 years in the military. My management staff has similar success and we focus on our personnel. I can guarantee you we are not "Aloof" of anything. If you felt a certain way, even if perception, you should communicate with management as we are not able to read minds. Again this seems to have a motive and doesn't reflect any employees we have had. We understand there are companies who want to try and post negative things about other companies and it really makes me question this feedback post. If there is any validity to you as an individual feeling any certain way, hopefully the above answers those concerns. If they don't, I would ask to contact me directly. Thanks. I appreciate the feedback. We do our best to support when we are able and push as much to you as possible. Benefits are part of this where we have many factors to gauge but are always looking to improve. Our benefits are competitive but we will always look to improve, especially as we grow as a company.
