Pros
Company is always expanding so lots of growth opportunities for those with drive and ambition. Positive work environment with coworkers that actually get along. Managers who are fair and just and would not order employees around. Helpful and positive feedback is given frequently.
Cons
Hires great people so can be difficult to stand out as the best when competing with others.

Pros
Promotion for hard workers, although it does depend on who you work with. Every general manager is different.
Cons
Stubborn, and set in an old mindset of corporate Japan. Not willing to hear out actual employees that work at the restaurant. A lot of micromanaging, from corporate office that has never worked in restaurants. Will take advantage if you are payed salary.
