learned to be collaborative and responsive as the team should pass on useful notes of tasks to the next shift to follow up and ensure the documents were being processed flawlessly around the clock.

Cons

Can be a pros and depends on how you feel:- be prepared and flexible to be on call if you are assigned for weekend coverage when necessary. Weekend coverage roster to be taking turns that would be assigned by the supervisor.

Remote job with unlimited PTO.

Cons

Your expected tonwork through that pto and put in more than 40 hours. Due to lack of collaboration or pods for client. No support roles or coverage on existing accounts. Accounts and work load continue to grow but you won't receive any monetary incentives.
