1. Had a best wireless giants as Clients. 2. If you work for Couple of years , Company Sponsors a H1 visa . 3. Provide a Opportunity to learn various Wireless Cutting edge technologies 4. Best friendly HR team. 4.Salary benefits and hikes are good. 4.Relocation allowances are awesome. 5. level-5 Company

Currently nothing as such in GLOBALEDGE

Global edge was a superb company till 2013, after that CEO become more greedy and tried to make more profit(started to behave like real business man) and tried to make company become like infosys. He changed full management. Who ever he recruited has good record of getting more profit to company by reducing employees benefits. So Global edge reduced client location allowance to more than 50%, increased notice period to 3 months, asked freshers to give blank check for 5 Lakh, etc... This year hike is 0-13% only. As company has acquired by ALTRAN, CEO is collecting last huge profit by reducing the hike. GLOBAL EDGE was superb to give hike's correctly every year and as per the market. But last some years it's vanished. Because of companies worst policies most of the employees are frustrated and started showing their angry in social medias. So management appointed one employee to watch every employees social activities. And recently some employees got terminated because of social media posts. And there is one team to respond the employee posts in glassdoor and other sites. They will provide fake 5 stars and suddenly the team head will replay vote of thanks. If u have doubt please go through the recent reviews about GLOBAL EDGE. Still I am saying GLOBAL EDGE was very good company, but when CEO mind changed to full profit mode then it become a hell and started downfall. As I have 10+ years of experience I can understand the real downfall of GESL. Once upon a time Global edge training was very good, but now that too degraded because of releasing the trainees immaturely. So lot of trainees has left Global edge by paying 3 year bond breaking amount. That too GLOBAL EDGE is taking as a business. After acquisition started they are not allowing to releave GLOBAL EDGE by paying bond breaking amount and in some instance not providing releaving letter also. Don't think as I am not getting good hike this year made me to review GLOBALEDGE like this. really I am frustrated and no more employees get trapped in GLOBAL EDGE. If any of your friends or relative is working in GLOBAL EDGE, please ask them for the reality of what ever I have mentioned here
