Great people, but back no place to work.

Cons

Poor management from execs. to lower management. Favoritism. They would rather hire new employees rather than send current employees for training. Bad management and leadership. No room for promotional growth.

The company itself seems to be marketed toward new graduates. Its a pretty easy going company, and everyone is on the younger scale.

Cons

Alot of work, not enough pay. Overwhelming at times
