      Executive doesn't understand the business but make decisions regardless. Employee feedback is not taken seriously. Good people leaving since always understaffed and people tired of being overworked and underpaid. Too customer focused and not enough focus on development and quality. Senior-most exec overly involved and only interested in personal gains instead of employee or company welfare.
