None for experience employees For freshers only advantage if you want live and die for the company. This is the place. Because with the skill set you grow here there will hardly be places wanting u. But you will have a steady monetary development here. Mind it only monetary.
Cons
So many to say. Where to start. Will say in short. 1) 4 persons sitting in the corner. They are only cons in short. They are everything over there. They like you( common that won't be decided with how you work) you will grow. They don't like You, you are out of the ground. 2) eyes are always on you. When you talk to collegue, when you stand, Even on how many times you go to the washroom. Shhh!! The big boss doesnot smile and laugh. So remember that. 3) you will just grow your core java skills. Nothing else. And with this skill set there are hardly open opportunities 4) when you Give interview over there you will find the company very good. Because the hr is friendly but once you are inside, you get to understand how you are going to spoil your months of career over these. 5) they sack a lot. The big boss sack a lot actually. I said na everything depends on him and the 3 others. Even on the day before they are said to asked to resign forcefully they had no idea that their performance was complainable. 6) they say and only make plans of outting. They used to do it earlier but probably now for cost cutting they stopped it. 2017 only 1 team lunch.. sob sob.. people have more hopes from it sector.. ;) on a funny node.
