Pros

The training and development team is very good. They have excellent trainers and they do give job support as well. In fact, I had got the support on SAS OLAP Cubes when i was in my first project through them in NE. I got a placement within 20 days after i finished the training. Responsive and dedicated marketing team. They pay in time.

Cons

The insurance policy is not so good.

Pros

Great place for freshers to learn and work. Good onsite opportunities. It is a very good place to learn for fresher . Employees working here get oppurtunities to work in MNC's after few years of experience.

Cons

Less or No hikes in terms of Salary. No good management that is the management is not very good may be better.

Best team work, fun loving environment, experience with good clients, work environment. Working environment is very good, the office is fully air conditioned.

Cons

salary structure, hierarchy misbalance, promotion variation less and scope of growth is very less.
