First of all, if you majored in computer science or anything related, this company will not be of a help in any sort of way. You will not be developing nor will have the time to do so. When you first start, you will be brainwashed and tamed. Only task you are given is writing/filling out useless documents thats not even related to your job and notifying your manager what you have completed hourly. Your direct manager is an outdated person who doesnt seek for better improvement. If you do suggest a better way/solution, you will be on his radar and he will make life a hell until you leave this company. If you were looking to join because of the recognition of “Hyundai” name, you will make the biggest mistake in your lifetime. This company has the lowest and crappiest ranking and reputation EVEN in hyundai. This company has no future and is full of outdated aged people that only has pride and is very conceited. The only thing you can learn if you do decide to join, you will learn what NOT to do when you become a senior developer or a manager.
