Pros
The owner and founder of Global Interconnect Inc., Stephen Bates, is one of the best leaders in the industry and he knows how to create a truly remarkable work environment. A small company with consistent growth in its 20 years of business, GII is full of quality individuals that resemble its quality products. Out of all the places I have worked and all of the managers. owners, and executives of companies I have served under GII hands down has the best group of professional problem solvers I have witnessed. There are no dark days at GII because you feel 100% valued and financially stable while working side-by-side with people looking to grow with you.
Cons
The only con I can think of is that it is located in Cape Cod, which is nice only a handful of months per year.
