Cons

GLC partnered on a recent government contract. They offered HOURLY pay rates, not annual, to current contractors (who had years in their positions) and at pay rates 15 to 35% LESS than their current salaries. Won the contract by cutting salaries of current talent pool. Expect to see many openings for very low wage roles very soon.

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES This company does not even have an office. The interview process starts with a meeting with the male owner at his apartment building. They have changed their contract via email several times, and always to the detriment of their employees. They used to offer 401K ( they did 'contribute anything to it). After a few months, they sent an e-mail saying that they will offer 401K to some employees only. They don't pay your accumulated vacations if you give them notice. They offer a certain rate, but then they will say that that offer is no longer available. Poor health insurance, they don't contribute anything to it. The other two companies in FSI (ICLS and Yorktown) are so much better in every single aspect than Global. If you are looking to get hired at FSI do not do it through Global, they don't care about you, it is a shame.
