      Pros

      Fast-paced environment, Opportunity to move around if you are smart and self-motivated. Sales staff works as a team, gets along very well and has support from Sal M. at anytime.

      Cons

      Can be a bit hectic due to high volume of work. You need to self-manage your time to be productive and don't get involved in the office drama.

      Ample opportunity to impress. It's a small company so it is easy to stand out if you are a hardworking individual.

      Cons

      Severe lack of standards, both in personnel management and general safety. The shop and the yard are egregiously neglected.
