Pros

I have never witnessed intention and care like I have at Global Prairie. The level of care that is put into the treatment of the employees, the work we do, and our communities is astounding. The leadership team is unmatched: everyone embraces you for your unique strengths, contributions, and perspective and empowers you to use them to propel yourself and the organization forward. There are countless incredible leaders to look up to and who inspire you to do great work every day. Global Prairie is also fun: we work exceptionally hard but we also have a blast at the same time. I couldn't imagine a better place to work.

Cons

If you are a hard worker and are willing to put in your best every day, this is the place for you. Be prepared to work hard!

Pros

I have never worked for a company that cares so deeply about their people. From the purposeful work, thoughtful swag, incredible benefits package, and incredible culture. Not only do we have the chance to work on incredible brands, Global Prairie really values their employees as full people. I feel grateful to work for a company that puts so much thought and intentionality behind everything we do.

Cons

It's very fast-paced, so just be ready to work hard! When you do, there are incredible reward and growth opportunities.

Pros

Good culture and nice benefits.

Cons

Most of the employees come from referrals, so the inner circle can feel kind of closed off if you don't have an existing relationship with someone close to the founder.
