      Very professional work environment compared to other security companies Management is organized and communicates expectations clearly Consistent scheduling and reliable pay Good team culture and respect between staff Company sets a high standard for how security should be run Opportunities to grow and stay long-term

      Honestly, no major issues experienced so far Like any job, some shifts can be demanding depending on the post Compensation is solid, but commuting costs can take a noticeable portion depending on your location
