Pros
None, the owners and management are all related to each other and are horrible at what they do. If they don't like you for any reason at all you will know about it. Extremely difficult to get along with and very unlikeable.
Cons
Attempted to unionize in the workplace and was fired for doing so after committing 2 years to this company. Thankfully the union vote passed anyway, despite the owner's clear attempts at union busting.
