      1. Salary on time. 2. If client is good you can survive otherwise nobody care about you.

      Cons

      1. Very less leave 1.25 per month and even no leave policy. 2. 3 Months Notice Period. 3. If you are on client site no body care about you, nobody listen you.

      1) you will get 0% variable pay if you put paper 2) you have to work for 20 hours per day 3) you will get nonveg water.

      Cons

      Dont ever join GSR even if all the IT companies were closed.
