      Company is organized, staff are friendly, and reliable.

      Cons

      No company employee involvement. No Christmas bonus. No employee recognition. Pay raises for the last couple years have been much less below even a cost of living increase. So much I didn't even know I got a raise. Almost like you don't exist.
