Company events here and there, very flexible with time off if needed (unpaid, unless using PTO accrued at approximately 3hrs/2 weeks). Coworkers are fun and helpful.

Cons

Terrible management, lack of opportunity for growth, nearly impossible to receive a raise. Severe lack of communication, which leads to very tense interactions between management and support staff.

Disappointing Experience – Great Colleagues, But Everything Else Falls Apart

The only redeeming quality of this company is the camaraderie among colleagues. They are supportive, friendly, and make the toxic work environment a bit more bearable.

Cons

Compensation is significantly below industry standards, making it difficult to feel valued or motivated. There is absolutely no regard for work-life balance. Employees are expected to sacrifice personal time without proper recognition or reward. Management is disorganized, unresponsive, and often unprofessional. Poor leadership trickles down and affects team morale and performance. Those in higher positions often display an alarming lack of emotional intelligence and professionalism. Instead of being role models, they contribute to the toxic culture. The environment is toxic, with little to no support or concern for employee well-being. It's clear that the company does not genuinely care about its employees – no real efforts are made to listen, support, or retain talent.
