Lots of obstacles - Lots of opportunities

Pros

Good work-life balance including a flexible work schedule (early arrival before 6 am) and an RDO schedule during the summer. Great team dynamics with lots of opportunities to contribute, although you can get away without contributing much.

Cons

Salary is not that great. The health-care package seems like a money pit. I am not sure how to move up in the company. Some of the managers have very bad attitudes and often complain about working conditions. High turn-over.

None-Pay can be better they are a very cheap company that offers minimum wage and over works you

Pay sucks high turnover they fire every few months engineers are novices bribe customers to avoid bad reviews
