People are nice. Pay is okay. On boarding was easy. CEO takes the business seriously. Easy hiring process. Job is not demanding.

Culture. And, out of date technologies. The location sucks. Office needs improvement. More clients are needed as I didn't believe they had enough to support their staff.

Terrible benefits. Almost no time off and no medical insurance for the first 3 months. I can understand not being enrolled the the 401K for 90 days but no medical insurance is unacceptable
