      Long organizational Structure. Some cases Contractual works full time, however get less benefit.

      Pros

      I have e got a very good experience in this company and I've learned so many things as they sent me for a training course in France , and the management were very friendly

      Cons

      I can't find something to write here as a downsides, but the only thing it was dangerous to work there according to my country's security situation
