work from home, flexible, forums with support from other therapists

no guaranteed hours: went from 30ish to 6 from one year to the next; vague answers about why you're not getting referrals/hours, inadequate pay, unfair policies, redundant billing policies (i.e you have to write the same thing multiple ways), billing policies that hurt the therapist when students are unable to attend seassions due to weather,
