Good pay, easy work if you know what your doing.

Cons

tools not supplied. you have to bring your own and keep them under lock and key, if not you risk having them stolen, the facility where the product is made is extremely hot. be prepared to sweat like crazy. safety measures are nearly non existent, constant fires and people getting there extremities nicked and bleeding everywhere. you have to pay attention.

has lots of opportunity for overtime, with 48hours usually being the average amount of hours per week if not more.

Cons

starts at 16/hr dusty from paper humid long hours feels unrewarding being trained feels hectic and super fast paced so its hard to pick up key details to succeed benefits aren't too well constantly on your feet
