Business outlook

Pros

Multiple projects subcontracted by the contractor of the State Government. But don't expect taxpayers' money to be put to good use. CA will continue to pour money into failed contractor projects like any other agency, so funding is unlimited, believe it or not. Project approval will not be challenged.

Cons

Bad Management, expect GHOSTING by a newly-hired project manager. Three different managers have turned over within 7 months. Each was worse than the one before. Expect 90% of H1-B employees. American employees will be the outliers and outcasts, aka expect bias and no career upward mobility.
