Terrible place to work, they pay you little to nothing and expect so much from the employee. It is disheartening that they pay certain individuals such a large amount of money and they do absolutely nothing all day but surf the web (Facebook, Twitter, etc). They do not even pay the going state average rate for the position that you are in and when it is time for your annual review do not ask for a raise because it will be a waste of time. They barely even give you the cost of living increase that most jobs do. Management just looks out for themselves and does not put employees in a position to grow with the company or even give them the correct advice or guidance to make them better. There is little to NO growth whatsoever! They are not loyal to their employees and go back on their word which is extremely discouraging. I would say that this is just an in between job, and is just barely better than being unemployed.

Seemed to treat employees differently. No management skills from the two owners.
