Leadership operates through fear, with unrealistic expectations, low pay, and highly unprofessional behavior, including speaking disrespectfully to employees. Policies like strict non-competes—even when employees are terminated—are concerning. Employees are often required to front their own travel expenses and face long reimbursement delays. HR lacks professionalism and credibility, contributing to a workplace culture driven by gossip rather than support. Overall, I would strongly caution others from pursuing opportunities here. RUN AWAY!
