      Pros

      You know whats expected of you up front. The owners will give you a chance/time to take on larger roles if they see potential. I truly appreciate everything they did for me. I will always miss working at GV.

      Cons

      There are alot of shady employees that have been there many years and only care about themselves. I was in a position that saw first hand the cover ups and the length people will go to in order to cover there.... Everytime I pointed something out I looked like the bad guy. So I just stopped. I truly cared about the brand and its a shame that they are secretly taking advantage of the owners trust & loyalty.

      The product is absolutely beautiful! The people who work there are wonderful, as well. Everyone is charming and friendly.

      Cons

      I can think of no cons to say about this company. It is the best!
