It can be pointed out that there is no flexibility, if you work over the legal they are blind, but if you are a few minutes late they talk to you internally. At least in the area I was in, the management does not have the right criteria to manage a remote team and a large number of people. They use the term talent density, just like other Big Tech Companies, but they forget that before that demand comes salary or welfare conditions according to what they ask for, which is why several workers have left, because the workload to excel is demanding .
