No benefit for employees nothing great
Cons
1. Always risky to join especially vizio project left and right they will remove with in 2 months. 2. They will hire you for c++ but work will be on something else. 3. Keep saying client rejected but internal members only inform ur weakness to client n make sure you will be layoff. 4. No respect to employees especially in media team. No weekends no timings full pressure always.
