There's very little I can say here that hasn't been stated in the numerous negative reviews from the past. If you're reading this while considering applying for an open position at GlobalMac IT, please just know that you can do better. You'll notice that there is no mention of feedback in the reviews from those that have been let go from this company. Management's practice of blind-siding their employees with terminations demonstrates well their level of respect for others. GlobalMac IT will boast about their interview process and then claim people were let go for not being an "A-player." While I'm confident that I was providing clients with top tier service, no coaching or feedback was offered before being let go. I was told by the then CEO (now ~visionary founder~) to "keep up the great work" on a Friday and fired midday on the following Monday.

Toxic culture from leadership. Blind leading the blind. No job security. Understaffed and disorganized. The amount of stress and anxiety from working here weighed on me more than I ever knew. Watching all of the friends I made along the way get fired for “not being an A-team player” constantly gave me severe survival guilt, and a fear of being the next “victim”. It will take years of therapy to relearn that this was not normal and not healthy.
