Pros

Many opportunities to learn something new, and work with emerging technology.

Cons

Corporate leadership focuses on pushing limits and increasing sales at the cost of caring about their employees, customers, and maintaining regulatory standards. The willingness to cut corners and frequent attempts to skirt FDA and ISO standards is troubling for a company creating medical equipment. The company's moral compass is also skewed, allowing the sales team to present and sell things that do not even exist, make promises that are nigh impossible to keep, and in some case, outright lie to the customer. While not officially endorsed, this behavior is clearly condoned by management as evidenced by awards and promotions. Management does not listen to subject matter experts when it comes to...anything. Everything is a "my way or the highway" approach, even when their hired experts advise a different approach. No one's opinion matters outside of the "boys club" at the top.

Pros

Nothing positive to say about this place. Decent people and friends but the company is horrible.

Cons

The products are outdated and poorly designed. This company is a sinking ship with no real leadership. Everything from processes, products, and direction is a mess with no strategic long term vision. Leadership are all micromanagers. There are literally cameras installed everywhere to monitor employees at all times. Not allowed to work from home or have any flexibility in your hours (don’t arrive 10 minutes late because you’ll get a talking to from HR!). This company pretends to be a “startup” mentality but it’s an old school company that will not be around much longer. There is also NO annual raises so don’t expect to earn more then your original offer unless you stay for a few years and really hound them for a few years. The CEO is extremely stingy and approves EVERY dollar of spend (even $5 office supplies). Forget about any raises
