Pros

The company offers a very good working environment with supportive and helpful seniors. There is a strong sense of mutual respect across teams, which makes collaboration smooth and enjoyable. Flexible working hours and a completely remote setup make it easy to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

It would be great if the company could provide access to structured learning courses, even though we do get to learn new things through hands-on work. The leave policy could also be improved — there are fewer festival holidays compared to standard practices in India, and there’s currently no leave encashment option.
