Infrastructure is good, but company is not large hearted to let it use

Cons

After joining, nothing will be good here. All positive reviews are forcefully given by management. No hike No project planning No knowledge of how to run project No professional behaviour No employee beneficial policy. Even leaving this company would be a headache because u may not get full salary in notice period.

-No skill developer in java team some are PHP or Google developer -Non skill developer lead to java project and their coding standard zero -No appraisal policy -After completing 1 year threatening to a developer and try to resign forcefully This is 100% right feedback
