      Pros

      Mostly entrepreneur oriented and pushes both internal and external projects/initiatives. Prone for growth and very flexible. Lots of advice are freely given when needed.

      Cons

      Some culture dissonance between Globalia and their recent acquisition, but everyone works toward the same goals

      Pros

      Great people to work with, very close team.

      Cons

      Management is constantly switching their gears and it's really hard and stressful to follow. They have a hard time selling their services at a profitable price and the stress is put on the team to make it work in close to no time. No empathy from some members of the high hierarchy.
