      You get the feel of a multinational but you actually are sitting in a seth owned company with non professional people from around the globe.

      Cons

      Too many to list here starting from bullying of employees to non payment of salaries on time to deducting 50% of salaries with no authorization or prior written consent whatsoever

      No micromanagement, opportunity to gain experience and learn from your colleagues

      Cons

      Location, salaries, poor management, old fashioned management, not much benefits for employees and their growth, no trainings, not much team activity only work work work whole year, no diversity only Indians and Pakistan
