      Pros

      Very friendly employees that were very helpful with training and questions. Even got to work remotely.

      Cons

      They can be a bit unprepared for work loads and won't have much to do for a majority of the time.

      Pros

      During my employment with Globalive they grew very fast and it was an amazing dynamic environment to work in. We always had new projects on the go and exciting people to work with.

      Cons

      At times I felt the company lacked a strategic direction. I also found at times upper management left employees in the dark regarding to what is expected down the road. I believe this is because of how fast our objectives were changing.

      The management was amazing, just the company needs to work on making the network better rather than making the plans cheaper.
