      Nice office, kind of new.

      Holy moly, where to begin. This place in Lexington exemplifies the most horrible place to work ever. You may like there for a day, but you will eventually regret it. They have turned over their entire staff 3 times in the last 2 years. Why? Management! The management and leadership there is so clueless about recruiting and what it takes to be successful. They are manipulative try to turn the recruiters against each other. There is severe micro-management in everything you do from the words you choose to speak to customers to the way your desk is set up. If you don't perform up to leadership's standards (which you won't), you will be viewed as an unintelligent slacker. Be there by 8am or risk being fired, but working late and weekends is expected and no extra pay is offered. They are under investigation for this, BTW. DO NOT work here. You will quit and you will be sorry, and you will try to forget it ever happened. Trust me.

      Helping people find employment, and that's pretty much it.

      Cons

      Extremely hostile and stressful work environment, extremely cut throat and the company will lie to employees, lie to clients. I have no clue how this company is even still a operating business.

      I do not believe you wrote this review on the right company.... There are several Staffing companies that I have found with Global as their first name if you google it. I would like to notate a couple of facts to ensure this is not Gloablpundits, Inc. located in Lexington, SC. 1. We work hard to give the employee a good level of service and respect. 2. We do not and have not had a Senior Recruiter out of Charleston, SC that has been employed with us for more than 3 years on our payroll. 3. As an internal employee at the Corporate office & the HR Coordinator since June 2016 with Globalpundits, being racist is definitely NOT one thing that this company is. We are a 100% Minority-Owned certified company. 4. While 99% of staffing companies are fast-paced and stressful, Globalpundits works to hire employees that will show up, perform well and stay. It is a stressful work environment at times as we hire high level IT & Engineering professionals. It's not going to be the right place for everyone. If you feel that you do have the right company, I would encourage you to contact EEOC at 864-241-4400 and file a complaint.
