Management displays a lack of support for their subordinates and as a result, the work moral throughout the company is extremely low. The hardest part of the job is knowing that there is no room for growth or incentive programs to promote excellence. Financially unstable and struggles to make payroll and pay vendors. Under paid and overworked employees, high turnover.

So many to mention....Furious vendors esp. Truckers show up at your office out of blue to collect money with aging balance of more than 90K threatening to send to collections but company doesn't blink an eye because all they have to do is find another trucker after another...repeating pattern..company does not submit credit application knowing it will get rejected. Very rude, loud and unfriendly co-worker who thinks his jokes are funny but actually not. He makes weird animal like noises which is very annoying & every time you use microwave to heat up your food, he makes this weird noise.."Warayoooo eating???" lol After reading this, they might act friendly to new hire lol but wonder how long that will last...lol You will find out yourself...
