Pros

Not sure what Globeducate provided for the school in practice.

Cons

What we are seeing are embedded long timers climbing a greasy pole and firing talented staff (with children at the school) without notice and poor unfounded reasons. Shocking. How is this allowed to happen. It is unprecedented. Parents will look elsewhere. Staff will go elsewhere. Staff currently working in such a toxic environment will be wondering if they are next. This is in reference to a school in Galicia in end of term firings in July 2026. I have come to visit old friends and colleagues and then learned of this. Horrified.

Pros

Working with outstanding colleagues. Great Kids

Cons

Shockingly poor wages. Business focused too much on providing for shareholders and CEO level staff.
