There's no pros at all

1. Low salary 2. Bad management not only the project but also HR management. - Bad until makes me feel like there is not HR management in this company at all. 3. No bonus, No increment, No benefit, you will got nothing (future maybe? but don't know when the days will it be. 4. Support Team sucks, everyone not helpful at all. (Super lazy) *They can become Support team is not depends on their knowledge, is because of their interpersonal relationship in between. 5. Support Team keep simply giving out wrong solution to agent. (Worst) 6. Support Team: IF they don't know how to solve the question they will choose to seen your message without giving any solution and let agent solve on their own. 7. Support Team: Knowledge lower than agent!!!! Solution giving not following on support logic. 8. Management keep changing agent's schedule without notice! Due to all those sucks management here, every single week / month, there will be a lot of agent resigning, leaving this company, so think properly if you are going to join this company. Can't describe how bad the company through words but you can come and try experience all this if you want. This is the Worst company that I worked ever!!!

Pros

Appropriately evaluate employees and think that there is no lie in company policy

Cons

Due to the small number of personnel in the human resources department, it took time to respond to employee requests, but this is being resolved.
