Pros
- Potential to earn a lot in commissions, but the market was tough right before I left in comparison to previous years - One day a week work from home - Managers are nice people - Very close to grand central for commuters
Cons
-Unpredictable earnings -Very volatile market and we are outperformed by our sister brands -Burnout, the days drag and the hours are very long, and things occur out of your control your earnings -Monotonous/repetitive/boring work -The culture is toxic at times, lots of micromanagement - Some co workers hate the job and you feed off their energy
