Pros

You get to learn on ecommerce landscape

Cons

The culture, deeply rooted from the CEO who is from EU and has no empathy or care for his employees, is utterly destorying the Canadian business as shown by their decline in headcount and revenue. The CEO has been sued by several employees which he settled in consequence of misconduct firing. On top, the pay is about 25% under the market pay with minimum benefits. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews. We were given incentives to fill out positive reviews.. The product DOESN'T work! Ask the CSMs if the clients are seeing results.

Pros

Remote-first company, great product, partnerships with big players and a growing clients' base.

Cons

Too much micro-management, which is stealing the initiative from the more autonomous folks. Communication could be more transparent and human-oriented.
