      Not any pros Not for those who wants to make good career

      No facility at all Bad salaries Irrelevant work. No projects. No any training for the freshers. They do not know on which technology they have to work on. CEO dont know the values of employes. Do not join this company , i made this mistake

      - Friendly Environment. - They party a lot for no reason. - No other pros I that I can think of

      Cons

      - Management not aware of creating right environment for a thriving work culture - In a very nascent phase of their startup journey - Some of the newer employees started creating political environment. - Pressure on freshers and no such support for new joiners - No senior or experienced person to guide freshers.
