Pros

Anything much to describe here. It's completely client based company.

Cons

While working at Glow Networks, I found some administrative processes, such as health insurance and mobile reimbursement claims, to be relatively complex and time-consuming. There were occasional delays in communication and support responses through phone and email channels, which sometimes affected the resolution of employee-related queries. 3. If the client is not ready to pay, the company fire you.

Pros

Good exposure to networking, telecom, cloud, and technical support projects. Strong learning environment for engineers early in their careers.

Cons

Workload can be high, especially in support and operations roles. Shift work and night shifts are common in some projects.
